make sure you're taking your iron the correct way. 1st thing in morning, on an empty stomach with pure orange. and eat nothing until at least 1 hour after or you'll feel sick

Most random thing ever but if you put a cork (wine cork) in your sock during the day and just loosely in the bed at night, my pregnancy yoga teacher told me about it and I’ve no idea how it works but it really does 😅

If you are low on iron it causes so many issues. My dr told me very little iron gets absorbed with tablets in comparison to an infusion. I got an infusion at 7 months and it gave me a whole new lease of life.

Make sure ur taking vitamin C aswell as it helps u absorb the iron and magnesium xx try sleeping with a pillow until ur legs aswell I found that helped I had it everypregnancy so scary during the night waking up is the worst xx

Epsom salt baths before bed. And an ice pack for the hands, has helped me survive this. I take all my supplements, on iron & drink loads but yeah bath help alot (may be placebo) x

I got carpal tunnel during my pregnancy and had to wear compression sleeves on legs and arms and hands lol woke up couldn’t move for hours!! Get Moltefor iron tables and magnesium.
