That is not true. Rihanna released a new album every year for like 7 years straight and it worked for her. Its the streaming era that’s the issue, not artists themselves releasing too quick. I mean even the 30 Adele era was so lackluster and that had everything, long time break, lead single, etc.

I think the swiftoligist was brilliant marketing at first but now you need to retire the name. Because it is overshadowing your critiques and people write you off. Which is frustrating because so many of your takes are very interesting. Even when I disagree I appreciate your commentary. Your questions for Fantano were really interesting and how you engaged with him in the two videos made me really think that you are a good music journalist and critic. I respect you as a music critic but your name is holding you back now from people who see Taylor’s name and can’t comprehend logic after. Which unfortunately is a lot of people.
