My phone was taken out of my jackets pocket while shopping at Mr Price. i caught the lady and kid doing it. The kid handed the phone to the lady behind me and she was about to hand it to another lady. I almost slapped her!!! Imagine teaching toddlers to steal wth!!!!

gateway Mr Price has arrogant security guards and they are too good to dig into people's bags and packets but obviously actually don't notice the actual thieves in the store. Do better Mr Price Gateway!

My phone also got stolen in gateway Mr Price. And when we asked to see the camera footage, ironically the cameras weren’t working 😅

Had a similar experience in Mr Price the Glen. Later when they saw my family and I wouldn’t stop searching the store for my phone. Security miraculously ’found’ my phone underneath some of the clothing

I'm so sorry you had to go through this 😪. I am not sure if its only a MRP thing but Gateway allows these people in who sell these stickers and stuff, I was in Checkers (like completely inside) and this person just approaches me while I am shopping in an empty isle asking me to buy them stuff. This was so uncomfortable for me because Gateway doesn't stop them from entering the premises !!!! While you're eating, shopping whatever they will find you
