As someone who used to volunteer at scope the amount of times I said to the manager that too much it won’t sell but she put the price on anyway just for it not to sell the managers think they know best when half the time they don’t

Charity shops raise money for specific causes not for people in poverty. Well they are not going to sell them at price, so pointless talking about it. They are just trying it on. Plenty of people can afford them if they do wish.

I'm also volunteering in charity shop...we're selling good products but I do feel like we're over priced as a charity shop...I think its depends on location..

I just go there because it pointless to buy new stuff.. but I never paid more then £5 per item, and can find really nice stuff, but i think the shoe must be new, because everyone feets is different a littlebit, so I don't buy shoe second hand, same like whites.
