I used taking Cara babies 5-24 months plan for my twins when they were almost 4 months. I haven’t night weaned yet, like the program has you do. But my twins go to bed on their own and normally only wake once! We were rocking our twins to sleep for an hour and sometimes they would wake up 30 minutes later. It has saved our mental health!

What if you feel one of them is crying because they might need to get a burp out or having a tummy issues with grunting my baby boys are just about to be three month olds and I’m trying to figure it out because I would love them to self soothe but I can’t tell if they need me to pick them up or if I’m messing things up

Took about 2 days for my twins! Read the same book! I do not breast feed though. I start at 8a first feed and then they eat 4-6oz every three hours. Put them to bed after their 8a Feed and give them a very little dream feed at 10:30 and they have been sleeping through the night since 8 weeks! They are 15 weeks now
