CRNAs have been “ TAKING” anesthesiologist jobs for 100 years now and yet there is still shortage of anesthesiologist. The illusion of people thinking this is actually something that will ever happen. Anesthesiologist are not replaceable.

🤣🤣🤣 A CRNA thinking you need to protect your job from them? I swear - the arrogance they have is frightening to me as a patient. The whole idea they have that their comparatively miniscule training makes them BETTER than a physician is the stuff of nightmares for me. When people are arrogantly ignorant about how much they don't know... it is MY life that will be sacrificed on the altar of their ego 😭

In Gray's anatomy surgeons do the job of ER doctor, nurses, lab, radiology and everything else. people are uneducated about real life trauma in the hospital

Trauma Surgery PA here, whenever we have a level 1 trauma, Anesthesia always shows up! The anesthesiologist is always present.

Funny, you said Grey’s Anatomy because my husband and I started watching that a few months ago and we’re in about season 14 in the beginning it was driving him crazy because I’m screaming at the TV saying that’s not how this happens

A huge shout out and THANK YOU to every doctor on earth who knows what trauma teams are! I had to learn. My son is the motorcycle rider who was hit by a Tesla in Nevada. He was doing nothing wrong when a car pulled out of a subdivision without yielding to the moving traffic. ❣️❣️❣️His friend drove ahead of him And then the Tesla came out and hit him. He remained unconscious for days and had multiple surgeries before he left the facility and thank God for their trauma team! at least we can say that in Las Vegas they're expecting a trauma and they're ready and they were incredible and yes, anesthesiologists make everything else possible! TYSM!🥰❤️🩹💔❤️🩹❣

Literally hold the trauma pager when I rotate at the level 1 trauma center. So many people have no idea what anesthesiologists do.
