@cape_cod_boy4life: Replying to @capebeachlife nauset beach is dangerous for so many reasons. it's also a hotspot for the great white sharks. But once again it's the water. The undertow here is brutal. My mom lost her best friend in the nineteen sixties here when she was in her teens. She drowned. There's been sandbars that have given away and swept people out. Anywhere in the cape really but nauset the way it's angled and the way it's scooped out and where it is on the cape, makes it very volatile.To be standing on the shoreline. i'm prepared to be in the water at any given time. Most people aren't. This is the one beach during a storm.You need to keep your distance. I have another video.And if you notice all the photographers that come here often to film the storms, they're way up on the beach. They're not in the surf break.
