Using a round shaped cookie cutter, cut into donut shapes. 7. Then use a smaller cookie cutter or a piping tip to create the donut hole. 8. Prepare the glaze. 9. In a pan, heat oil to 350°F.  Carefully place the dough pieces into the hot oil. Fry each side until lightly golden. 10. Remove donuts from oil and place on a wire rack.
