Me too. I worked for this amazing woman. She was the best business owner I ever met. Every week, sometimes twice a week, she wud say “I’ll be in the back room crying if anyone needs me” and she was serious. We would all just go take crying breaks in the back room sometimes and we felt so good afterwards

I cry every day. Sometimes from laughter, frustration or longing. I used to bottle it all up bc I saw how ppl treated the emotional ones. But now? If my tears make you uncomfortable, pls feel free to excuse yourself. Bc one thing about me? Imma cry 😂😂

I was passed up for a promotion bc I was too emotional. I’ve been called sensitive since I could understand the word. Wasn’t until this year I realized I just feel everything to the max. Zoloft took my crying from me. But I’ve been crying more lately & I think that’s good. Cried twice today already 🫶
