I recommend Tricep Extension machine if your gym has it which focuses on all 3 heads. dip machine is easier because strength from your shoulders are helping

you only need 2 overhead doesnt target the long head most effectively as its disadvantedged when the arms overhead. you need one movement with the upper arm at the side for the long head then another where the arm is either infront or overhead for the lateral and medial heads.
