Because here’s the truth: You don’t need to spend hours in the kitchen. You don’t need gourmet recipes or fancy ingredients. You just need meals that fit your life quick, satisfying, and realistic. The goal isn’t to eat “perfectly.” The goal is to eat in a way you can actually maintain. Food isn’t supposed to be punishment, it’s fuel, it’s flavor, it’s freedom. If it’s not sustainable, it’s not worth it.
