STEP BY STEP APPROACH 1. After cutting the neckline,with the normal neckline measurement for Africa wear, then you cut quarter from the neckline from both front and back and you shape. 2. Join shoulders at both sides 3. Measure the neckline very close and loose, don't stretch the fabric. 4. After getting your measurement for the neckline, for instance 19 inches. 5. Measure 19 inches long diagonally on the fabric for the neck with additional half an inches. the width is 2 inches. 6. After cutting the neck in a bias form, fold it into two to get 1 inches at both side. 7. Turn it at the wrong side and join the edges half an iche by machine stitch. 8. After joining you turn and fold again and press for easy stitching. 9. Start joining the neck with at where you stitch the edges and put it on the shoulder line. 10. Start stitching the neck but don't stretch the neck. 11. After stitching to join the neck, then you over-lock the raw edges(neatening). Thank you.
