@b737typerating: What happens if the landing gear doesn’t come down? 🤔✈️ Notes: - these can actually be quite heavy to pull, maybe even requiring you to get out of your seat to do it! - don’t be alarmed if the nose gear cable is significantly shortly than the other two - the actual cable for the nose gear is shorter than the main gear cables. - the manual extension works with the gear lever if any position (max and NG - for classics the lever has to be off) - on the NG and Max, the manual gear extension door has a micro switch, so if that door is open, the gear won’t retract - remember to always follow the QRH before anything else! #b737 #737 #aviation #flying #typerating This account has been made to make aviation knowledge more accessible.
