In my Nara smith era 🤭 Attempted to make Garri from scratch even though the first batch got burnt (urgent call so I totally forgot it was on fire 😩)I use the remaining small one meant for yellow garri to finish the video and yes totally worth it . Allow the strained garri pulp to ferment for days (4-5 days ) before toasting it to granules. This gives it that sour flavor and taste 👍 Full detailed video will be on YouTube soon 🥂 My @buchymix blender did the job seamlessly ✅ Now how do you like your garri? With milk or without milk ???
