Another thing to consider, try switching back the frequency you just came from. If you can’t reach those controllers either then the problem is with your equipment.

Try to switch back to the last controller to ask for a new frequency, double check the freq with your own resources, maybe even try to relay with another plane. Lost comms is an unfortunate but last resort
