what REALLY upsets me is people saying it has day one dlc and that's why it's $100. NO IT DOESN'T. they *announced* the dlc before the game released, but it's not gonna come out til like four months from now, that's NOT day one dlc

U should count the online in the price for za since they force u to play ranked to get megas imagine u can barely afford the game and u dont even get ur favorite mega bcuz its locked behind ranked

Also I think it's crazy how people will add on the $20 cost for Nintendo online. You don't need to get the year subscription? A month is 4 dollars or 3 months is 8 you can just buy it for a cheaper price and just grind the online content real quick and not renew it if you don't want to

the thing that turned me off of Z-A is that they announced the dlc before the game even came out , and locked certain mégas behind an online subscription. this feels scummy to me , I was excited to play the game and even considering buying a switch 2 to get the best experience,but now I just stopped caring and went back to playing hades

well it's not a $70 game globally. it is genuinely $99.99 in Canada, 113 after sales tax in my province. having said that, I did buy it and I love it, and I don't have any interest in the digimon game. is ZA overpriced? probably. I skipped Donkey Kong because I bought ZA, and that's really on Nintendo.

its not about the online features specifically from what ive heard certain characters were locked behind the ranked system so you couldnt get the full roster or "full game" without it

the thing is, I love legends za, I'm having a lot of fun playing it. is it worth 60€? (Which is what it costs in germany for switch 1) No. Then again, I am not willing to pay 60€ for any game, mind you. let people have fun and enjoy the silly little collectathon in a big city environment

I’m not English is my second language and I don’t have a grab on reading yet but if it wasn’t this is the comment I left and I will leave and explain it for it. The reason I ignored the fact that putting is 16 and all the the borderline sexual harassment is the fact that I’m pretty sure ode there is a paedophile and as much as a Perth because adult being with 15-year-old and 17-year-old something happen a lot in the story so I’m pretty sore all they ode have like 100 gigabyte worth of CP and all the just oder want to put it in the story and Sanji is his go to character to do this stuff I get it if you don’t like him though I can see how this comment could be misinterpreted as Miss Bing this kind of stuff I’m not. I just think that it is out of character Sanji I happen to like a lot of characters. The writer used to put this kind of stuff in the stor no matter how out of character these things are for them and I think it’s out of character, for Sanji to again I’m sorry if I offended you in anyway I really enjoy your contacts. I just find it odd because in pokemon Arceus you can ride and pet your pokemon but in ZA they took it off!!! why they could of add the roll out button if the pokemon where still going attack the character it just small details making the game a little more fun tho 🤔

I think part of why people excuse it for Digimon is because Cybersleuth and it's sequel ended eventually being bundled together with dlcs in a cheaper package that did not stay at the retail price for its entire existence. Pokemon will likely not drop in price or bundle together these options into a more affordable package in the future.

Yea I think a lot of the discourse is being muddled by the fact that people are bashing and shaming people for both loving or hating the game. Instead it's really about Pokemon having the low budget and changing as if it was a game with a big budget. We are paying for the FULL experience of a game. That includes Graphics, music and environment textures and models and as much as people wanna say it's not about that( I agree that's not the sole selling point) it's about the fun. The fun shouldn't HAVE to make up for the other things lacking that make a game, Especially for the asking price $60-70. As a Pokemon fan it feels like a betrayal and that our love for the franchise is being taken advantage of over the last few entries

I can't get behind calling it a $100 game. Yes it will offer DLC but like all dlc it's an optional purchase and as of now I think the base game is fine

I bought both and tbh ZA and Time Stranger don't feel like comparable games. If ZA was more like the main series games or Arceus then the similarities are there but other than Time Stranger and ZA being creature collectors they're really not similar.
