I have 2 paw prints for my 2 dogs, monarch butterfly for my mom, dragonfly for my dad, Celtics Clover for sister in law, & NY Yankees for my brother. All deceased but have significant meaning. BUY my daughter designed 1 that represents us. She's still alive. AND I never liked tattoos before! Lol

My Mama has been divorced from my Dad since I was 11. I’m 43. My Dad died a year ago November 1st. The day he passed me, my sister, and My Mama all went and got our last name tattooed on our arm in his handwriting.

I got my first tattoo after my husband passed, he loved tattoos, he was pooh bear and I was hunnypot, so I got Pooh Bear hugging a hunnypot. A year later me and both my daughters all got mama owl hugging a baby owl under each wing, I let them decide together what we were getting.

I got my first tattoo when my grandma passed away. My grandma would’ve killed me. That’s why! she my Abuela so old school she said that she’ll burn it off with an iron off my arm. Besides that I wouldn’t make sure all the spelling was right too. I couldn’t make it to the funeral I’m glad I got it
