@taylorrheld: I’m not gonna lie, I’ve been so FUCKING tired. Like I could nap 30 mins after I wake up. I’ve never been pregnant before so my expectations were really high regarding workouts and I didn’t realize how exhausting regular life would be when growing a baby. I try to walk 4-5x weekly and lift as much as I can. Any movement is better than nothing - that’s been my mindset the past few months! #workout #pregnancy #pregnant #secondtrimester #momtobe
Even as a trainer I barely worked out!! Was so sick and exhausted. Listen to your body there’s no shame in it!!

I’m 36 weeks right now and wanted to workout SO bad for the whole pregnancy but the most I could do was get out and get my dog for walks and then rode my peloton bike until 29ish weeks and it just got too uncomfortable. But yes!!! Moving my body at least for a walk feels SO good!!
