Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. 2. Add meat, season with garlic salt and pepper and stir to combine. Cook meat for 10 minutes. 3. Add onion, jalapeños, thyme, paprika, tomato bouillon, oregano and stir to combine. Sauté for 3 minutes. 4. Add tomatoes, bay leaves and stir to combine. Saute for 3 minutes. 5.
