well said you , I see everyday in my job as a carer worker , it's so hard for the families, have had daughters, sons , ect cry on shoulder cos there stressed out for looking after mum , dad ect

You're doing amazing hun. Most people don't know or understand the worst side of dementia like the inability to express themselves in a way you understand, the anger, sadness or violence they can suffer from amongst other things. It's a lonely debilitating disease.

I only started following you yesterday as I know what difficulties you face daily as I work on a Dementia unit and although I’ve only been doing this for just over two years, I am still learning so much about this awful disease , it is hard but even harder when your looking after your loved one but you do it and would do it 💯 times over, Brenda looks well cared for so ignore any negativity, your honestly doing an amazing job xxx

Most people have no idea. Unless this disease is part of their life, they have no clue. Its laughable that anyone would suggest what you share is your mums worst moments. The people that comment negatively, are those that think dementia is just forgetting stuff. Its so hard for everyone involved. So much harder than carers ever let on. 24/7 365. All the best for what has been, and will continue to be, one of the hardest journey you will encounter. You are all doing great! 🥰

Your doing a fantastic job. Your man will be very proud of you. I’m going through the say as you and it is very hard. My mam has dementia and Alzheimer’s with 2 stokes and 5 tia’s and an aneurysm in her brain and only given her a year to live and that was from May this year. Stay strong xx

Ignore them. I’m so glad you put these videos on. I live with and look after my mum with Alzheimer’s and it’s hell. It’s the worst disease ever and you make me feel like I’m not alone in this journey. Xxx
