My mom just like no history no nothing, she got her surgery yesterday she’s still in the hospital please everybody keep her in your prayers I already lost my dad to cancer I can’t go through this again

This is incredible. I’m 54 years old and I’m sure I was taught how to do a self exam at some point but I felt like I was learning this for the first time. You absolutely helped me today to take better care of myself and I’m sending this to my 22 year old daughter as well. Thank you so much Bridget. This is so valuable.
