Ideally everyone should have extra food like this at all times.. for job loss a disability sickness, anything.. I tell my kid it's like car insurance.. we don't have car insurance because we panic or think we will be in an accident, it's there Incase we are. it's not dumb. Most people wouldn't last a week if stores were to be cleaned out or shut down. Convenience is going to be our end

also storage containers for these items, cause we had some mice this summer destroy some of our pantry. they got into most things including boxes of salt
