@ocean_1974: Sharing my video/picture mail from my son Eric. It came right on time this morning❤️ I can’t workout without him coming to mind, because he got me on my fitness journey almost 11 years ago. He also educated me on food and how to use it for fuel. When he started training me he told me that I have to always be able to motivate myself and he said that up until the day he left to do time in prison. I’m gonna always make the time to work out and live a healthy lifestyle. This “kid”( well he’s 33 but my baby lol) still inspires me. I owe it to myself, my children and grandchildren to be on this earth as long as possible . God willing we will be back working out ( the whole family) but this time around Mommy gonna be a beast! It’s never to late to start. I stayed at a solid 185 after having kids. I thought I was good…just a thickems 😂 … but this time around the grass really was greener on the other side. The other side being caring about what you put in your body and physical activity that took me out my comfort zone.(started out walking) It was one of the hardest things I had to do! Now I feel better in my 50’s than I did in my 20’s and 30’s. Consistency, hardwork is key and the way my discipline is set up I’m gonna be active even when I don’t feel like it. Good news!!! You can ALWAYS start over when you fall short until it’s locked in as your lifestyle not a diet. One thing I’m gonna have is my favorite Ben & Jerry’s and yes sometimes a whole pint…Moderation people 😂I found what works for me through trial and error.
