it’ll stop on its own, ik it’s so frustrating but keep taking a multivitamin or prenatal! that’s all I did & my hair loss has significantly slowed down! I experienced the hair loss for about 2 1/2 months

Im 4m pp as well! I get this from costco and i put a scoop of it in my coffee every morning and although im losing hair, its growing in already! I seen results after 1 week of taking! And its safe to take while nursing!
