Part 5 | “엄마 (mom), what’s for dinner tonight?” Full Recipe Below | SEAFOOD PANCAKE 🦑🥬🧅⬇️  Ingredients (makes 4-5 pancakes): -6 scallions  -1/3 squid body -1/2 squid leg -1/2 onion  -1 green pepper -1 red pepper  -1 cup Korean pancake flour (regular flour works too) -1 egg -1 tbsp fish sauce  -1/3 cup water  Dipping sauce:  -1 tbsp soy sauce  -1 tbsp vinegar -1 tbsp sugar -green onions  Recipe: 1. Thinly slice the white and green onions. Set aside. 2. Finely chop the green pepper, red pepper, and squid. Set aside. 3. Place all of your ingredients in a large bowl. Add your pancake mix, egg, fish sauce, and water. Combine but don’t overmix. 4. Pour a tbsp of olive oil over med-low heat and cook your mixture. Once around half way cooked, flip and continue cooking.  5. Enjoy (optional with sauce)! 준비재료:  -대파6 -오징어 몸통 1/3 -다리 반쪽. 양파반개 -청고추1 -홍고추1 -부침가루1컵 -계란1개 -피시소스1숟가락 -물 1/3컵정도  -만드는 방법 1. 대파를 채칼로 가늘게 썬다. 2.양파도 가늘게 썬다  3. 청고추 . 홍고추도 잘게 썬다 4. 오징어도 가늘게 썰어놓는다 5. 모든재료를 큰볼에 다 넣은다음 부침가루를 넣고 계란, 피시소스, 물을 부어서 반죽을 만든다. 6. 후라이팬에 올리브오일을 약간 두른다음 반죽을 한국자정도 부은다음 얇게 펴바른다. 7. 불을 중간불로 낮춘후 어느정도 익으면 뒤집고 더 익힌다 8. 소스를 만든후 맛있게 먹는다 (소스: 간장1. 식초1.설탕1: 파조금) 💌 Save this recipe to make for later and if you do, please tag me!
