Girl! I just had a hysterectomy! That is more eye opening then birth, look up how they position you during that. A checkup is nothing! You will be great! 🤣

I have birthed a child, and I STILL hate those appts! I would rather stub my toe in the middle of the night and be up with a charlie horse for the rest of it, than put my legs in those stir ups. 🫠

i pushed it off for so long i'm 26 finally went had a pap smear, ended up getting a biopsy and with pcos 😭 please girls do not wait and GO! bring someone with you if it makes you more comfortable and speak up for yourself!

My gynecologist’s kept leaving office. 3 gyn’s in three years while established at Vandy. I was so annoyed I ended up going to Ascension Midtown and it’s so much better😭

I also hate them, but please, please,please don’t let these appointments slide. I did, and ended up with cancer. Got lucky and found it early, but now I’ll always wonder what this annual appointment will find next time.
