Check out pyrole syndrome. Is a simple blood test and so many of us don’t absorb these 5 nutrients and that’s why anxiety and others are so prevalent in our lives.

I have health insurance to cover my healthcare costs so I don’t have to pay $1000. But my deductible is $6000. I’m paying $12000/yr. Why can’t my insurance at least cover what I’m paying in for my premiums?!?!

I can't use insurance for any of my doctors. not a single one. but these doctors are actually free from the system and can help me feel better. I try to get on the system since I make so little $ then I don't feel bad paying for something I don't use

low iron can also increase anxiety, and our 'normal' for iron levels in testing doesn't account for what's actually healthy in women's bodies. We typically need higher iron levels than men to feel well. I had no idea until this year and have always had low levels. The recommended types of iron are also not great for a lot of people. After a lot of research on my partner's part (I'm extremely lucky to have someone in my life that is willing and able to read and understand scientific papers) we tried a different type of iron on a different dose and my levels went up for the first time in my adult life...it's not been a magical cure but my anxiety symptoms have reduced drastically
