Everyone should read the webcomic Darths and Droids if they haven't already. It's basically this premise, but starting at Episode 1 and going all the way through (they're currently in the middle of 9 after doing the 6 originals, Rogue One, and 7-8). The plot of the "game" diverges from the films in interesting ways, but sticks close enough that everything is able to be done with screen grabs.

love the video but Obi-Wan is totally a DMPC and not a player. He shows up to save the party, drops a bunch of exposition, volunteers as a distraction and dies heroically.
