I’m just curious, not being ugly, do you ever cook the tortillas before assembling the burritos/tacos? This can be done by heating a nonstick frying pan on low heat and lightly browning the tortilla on both sides. Cooked tortillas taste totally different when warmed in the pan first (or over fire). 😊
