What does it matter if he owns it or not? Geez why does everything have to be about race. It’s so exhausting. Obviously he loves what he does. He believes in what he’s doing. He apparently has a good relationship with the owner. The biggest thing is we don’t know ANYTHING about him or the situation. He may be an investor. He may own a recipe. So I went back and the guy 😐didn’t have tender meat he actually said the meat stays in the bone he switched his target audience 2023 the oxtail wasn’t tender or the brisket 😂 but this man been working with them probably told them what they could do better 😂
