add being autistic and having ADHD on top of it and high masking.... I thought I was a freaking psychopath because of how hard it is to feel my own emotions.. I had to learn a different mode of operation... I'm a deeply sensitive & empathetic person and so I process my own emotions and my own feelings as I'm empathizing with other people ...I've always done this apparently
