Hey so I COULDNT do styros I was too scared but TRUST ME do a normal cvt and then go over it again IT DOESNT HURT it just stings for like 1 second and if you see white first then you did it

It's easier to go deeper when its sharper and when you swipe faster, plus of course the more you do it the more tolerance you build up... (I'm not promoting this but if it makes you feel better then I have no place to tell you to stop, especially when that would be extremely hypocritical of me.) maybe look for some other coping mechanisms, even if you can't stop this one, other, less damaging ones may help you do it a little less.

Yall when I used to use blades it would only do cat scratches and when I bought a eyebrow razor it was the key !
