More therapeutic empty gym ASMR from this back/biceps session.  Once again, 2 sets each exericse.  I like the 8 and up rep range.  It all works.  Don’t stress so much about rep ranges. But you can’t beat these empty gym sessions.  No crowding, no waiting on equipment.  Everything is readily available. I workout super early because I hate being around loads of people. I get 7 hours of sleep, and that’s fine. I use “Acivity Tracker” to track my steps. My pronouns are Meat/Head.  l eat a 250 calorie pack of Skittles before training. I use Shieck lifting straps. I get my clothes from Walmart and Amazon, and Ekkovision (CODE: MARC) Literally search up “gray t shirt” in the search bar. Literally search up “navy blue sweatpants” in the search bar you analysis paralysis ass mfr’s. No I don’t know how many calories you need becasue you’re not my client and I’d need to know more context. Natty or not’s are a completely pointless subject as everyone’s outcomes will always be different whether a person is natural or enhanced. Regardless of a person’s status YOU will never look like them anyway.  So asking any question pertaining to that is POINTLESS!  As well as I do not want to be the source of information for an approach that is health threatening and be held responsible. Many people who seek advice in this area have terrible discipline, terrible work ethic, and want to go that route to make up for their lack of the ability and patience to maximize the key fundamentals of training, nutrition, and recovery. #bodybuilding #Fitness #fitnesstips #gym #gymtips
