BS. Had a torn superspinatus and RC repair. It completely tore a year later and now living with a complete torn/retracted one for 2 years. Feels great! NEVER doing revision or repair, your shoulder can adapt. Surgery will make it worse and waste of time/money. Just monitor it every year with ortho to check for changes
