You can just reduce salt and sugar and eat whatever amount if carbs u want for the same result. Bloat is just water held by salt

True, all i did, i cut down sugar, oil, and sodium. In just 2 months. My face shifted fat reduced in face, jaw line became more visible. Also lost lots of weights overall
