Fyi, you NEVER eat vacuum packed fish raw since it could harbor bacteria that thrives in low oxygen enviroments (ex Clostridium botulinum)

salmon for sushi needs to be frozen to like -31f to be safe for eating raw. don't really think Costco freezers are anywhere near this. you could get very sick, don't do it.
