My toxic trait is assuming that my coworkers know basic stuff like how to clean an empty table, use a broom, use a mop and change a garbage bag.. and then get annoyed for having to teach them EVERY SINGLE WEEK.!!! (Yes I do realize that they are faking incompetence and trying to have me do that.. I refuse to do it for them, so I will keep explaining it to them and keep sending them back to do it until they done it right.. and yes the managers back me up in this..)
