not really, Cyrene or rather Demigure was the most plausible candidate to for the Aeon of Remembrance, Herta clearly stated that unless you skipped the story or still haven't finished it, my memory is kinda hazy now since it's midnight but based on what I remembered she can choose to go along with the Trailblazer with the chance of Irontomb being reborn and her being an Aeon or Stay in the past and write the ending of the Amphoreus smth like that.

Fuli hasn't born yet, THEY born after finality. Cyrene is one of many Pure Children of Anasrava, which is the candidate for becoming Fuli. Now, fuli is just a "memory" and "empty shell".
