i just had a thought I've never had before the 8 kids were digidestined, they didn't know they're destiny until they were thrown into it but the digimon found their partners, gatomon had to spend that time alone. did the digimon know they were gonna be saving the world, were they told that? and that's why they found the kids and protected them

I never seen those scenes where the other digidestined meet their digimon when they wake up. I love how different they woke up and how the first interactions they had were 😭😆
