Not exactly true. I mean, if person A and person B have the same resume, but B is untrimmed, out of shape in an obvious manner, and A is more lean, healthy looking id 100% pick A because it shows he cares about his image, his name a bit more.. physical shape, not exactly judging jaw lines and eye color here.. but in the same realm I suppose
