@phreleigh: 16 years is a looonnnnnnnggggg time to be on this type of treatment. I didn't understand when my care team pushed me starting this drug in order to be released from the hospital and get back home to my babies that they'd want me to continue until I expire...??? Anyways, it's been a long road but earlier this year I finally got my doctor to agree to wean me off. But then mayhem ensued. I'm not giving up though 💕 remicade will NOT hold me hostage. #myucjourney #ulcerativecolitis #autoimmunewarrior
