Actually I don’t feel like this was hoyos intention with her at all! I think her design was inspired by the film that came out a year before the murder, the blue dahlia! If you take a look at her drip marketing blue seems to be heavily incorporated into her splash art and design.

I hate the case, there's so much misinformation by multiple individuals, no, she's not die by hanging, she's found while laid down on the ground, and no her mouth isn't cut like that, also her name isn't even dahlia, the case is taken after the movie, and Dahlia is a very common name here in Asia, I don't like Mihoyo but the victim have suffered enough, we don't need to add extra misinformation
