Here’s something I’ve learned the hard way: Everyone you don’t like is liked by someone else. That colleague you say “nobody likes”? Someone values them deeply. That leader you can’t stand? Someone sees a mentor in them. The person that “annoys” you? Someone cherishes and would die for them. Human dynamics are complex. We all carry different DNAs of insight, emotion, and experience. Sometimes, what irritates you about someone is what inspires someone else. So, here’s a small reframe: Before you decide who someone is, get to know who they are to themselves.
 Ask: “What part of me resists this person? What might I learn from their difference? How can I seek alignment instead of agreement?” Alignment doesn’t mean friendship. It means clarity. It means we can work together without pretending. You don’t need to like everyone to respect them. But you do need to understand that every person you dislike is still somebody’s safe space. So, pause before you pick sides. Build bridges, not barricades. Because leadership is not about who you like. It’s about who you’re willing to understand✨🖤💛
