And I never know the cause anything angers me it’s like it’s flaring inside me randomly boiling over the surface everyone looks at me like I’m crazy like they have to watch their step that I’ll snap any moment I used to be such a sweet kid.

I’m so angry but I can’t take it out on other people it just builds inside me and turns into self hatred

sometimes throughout the day I js get this random wave of anger I could be sitting at my desk on the game playing mc or sum simple game that isn't competitive and js get super angry at sum so small or I could js be laying in bed and get super mad for no reason. I hate it
