I pull that with my hand. I actually prefer those. Easy to break. I thought you would have had an actual bolt seal. That probably would have sold me.

Tire thumper, hammer, crowbar or just ask the receiver and they be happy to lend the tool or help to open your doors! never had a problem opening them doors in 30 years!

i always pull tight and wiggle the ball back and forth until the bending of the metal breaks it. for those type seals anyway. the corded metal ones are brutal.
