She’s wearing oud & sandalwood lately, cause @Kayali are in their woodsy era. ☁️Silk Santal [gift] ☁️Vanilla Oud These two together are bready, creamy, vanillic, and sweet. They’re powdery (I liken the vanilla I smell in Vanilla Oud to the experience of a powdered vanilla coffee creamer), and airy from the musk and freesia. This duo makes me feel so beautiful, I can’t even express it. 🩶Café Oud 🩶Velvet Santal [gift] I was the. best. smelling person in this whole city yesterday. 🏙️ nobody could’ve smelled as warm, resinous, regal, and inviting as I did. Sandalwood and oud, benzoin and black coffee, velvety rose petals and an undeniable sweetness. Oof 😮💨 let me tell you I was smelling good and vibing all day. I get a good moderate longevity from these, 5-7 hours on skin and clothes, with more projection for longer off my clothing. Letting them macerate is keyyy, so hoping for even more performance from the ouds in the future. I’m in love with these beautiful releases, Kayali have really outdone themselves this second half of the year. I do wish I had purchased Vanilla Oud in the 50ml and Cafe Oud in the 10ml at this point, because I can feel myself already getting entranced by the bready oud and powdered vanilla composition (what I had been hoping for from Sweetie Aoud, iykyk).
