fun fact, colostrum is the BEST milk because it's high in protein and packed with antibodies for baby!! when breastfeeding you need to make sure your baby gets this because it only comes out in the first week!

oh hi, as a survivor of sids, it usually happens, bc the baby suddenly stops breathing. check from time to time and if it stopped, breath in it's face.

the sprinkler effect is the funniest thing that I figured out. I'm weird and find it fascinating 😂 but the SIDS thing yeah... freaking scary. the fear doesn't go away for a long time. my daughter is 2.5 and I still stare at her sleeping when she sleeps too well 😅

SIDs. They thought it to be a lot of reasons but I understand they have found it to be mainly heat that is the main cause
