it’s odd because in essence I agree with you. but rn in my company we have this young manager who is brilliant and does everything, he is basically the golden boy of the company and leadership absolutely adores him. I think he even gets paid more than me now.

My goal is to do the least amount of work for most amount of pay. I find work that lets me accomplish other things, school, certifications, clean my house, apply to better jobs. 😁
