Semi driver in the 2nd clip is in the wrong. Speed limit or not, no way they were in a safe distance to brake, regardless of the vehicle in front of them. They could brake for the yellow, a pedestrian, a hazard, etc and no matter, the semi is at fault.

2nd clips the cars fault they basically brake checked the semi because they went past the stop line but the semi was at an unsafe distance as well
