Break up the nuclear family. Indoctrinate our young women not to pursue a family but a degree and career. Normalize hookup culture which in return brings out the worst nature of both sexes. Weaponize the state against men for custody, child support and division of assets. Then berate men for 60+ years all while taking their opportunity, devaluing their currency, off shore their job opportunities to women, and abroad. And we’re confused as to why men are struggling? It’s like give me a break.

And what’s the rate by gender on deaths from a partner? Let’s add that statistic to the argument.

Damn Skippy! I swear, I know I’m old and I’m supposed to say the world’s going to hell but the world’s going to hell. Sometimes I feel like I’m the last John Wayne in this town. Kids nowadays aren’t worried about learning much of anything except for how to use the latest iPhone. Our generation grew up having to fix things, find jobs, and most the time fend for ourselves. Everybody’s the victim and if it’s someone else’s fault there’s nothing to fix.

Women get paid less is still a fallacy- they tend to take jobs/ careers that have lower wages - I own a business and trust me I pay women just as much as the men in the same position - but they also miss work a lot more and tend to use a lot of FMLA so come around evals it’s real hard to quantify their value when they’ve been out and a male in the same position work 50-60hrs a week making up for the shortage - who do I reward?

Both genders now have free rein into nontraditional roles. Marriage is no longer mandatory..If you want to escape your family, your parents and siblings, you can. Historically, even when abused, etc., family members remained together in the village. No more.

when have women ever flourished with men in power? he just said we don't make as much and we do great when we're single and we pour into our friends and family instead of a man. what could possibly make him think we won't continue to flourish? men have been running the world for a good long time I think it's our turn

The fact that this dude tries to be a respectful voice of reason an advocate for men and I can’t read a single positive comment about what he said on here shows you exactly how suffocating it feels to be a man and never heard at all

Most men’s instinct is to protect and provide…..that usually involves having a family. Progressive ideology erodes that purpose 😞

You can’t tear down men just to lift women up. from a mother of sons. Teach them what kind of men you want them to be so they can flourish

SURVIVOR’S TALE | A Father and Daughter’s Fight for Life Amid Typhoon Tino’s Fury A heart-stopping video shared by Ace Aguirre reveals the terrifying moment his 13-year-old daughter clung to life atop their gate pillar as floodwaters surged through Barangay Cotcot, Liloan, Cebu, during the onslaught of Typhoon Tino. “Our neighbor was able to capture our 13-year-old daughter fighting for her life on top of our gate pillar,” Ace said. “This was after I was dragged by the current and told her to jump so she could follow me and not get hit by the cars.” Ace recalled how he was the first to be swept away by the raging flood. By sheer luck, he managed to cling to the gate of a nearby house, fighting to stay above the swirling current. His daughter, meanwhile, held on tightly to the top of their gate, refusing to be carried away by the floodwaters that swept vehicles and debris past their home. “When I finally managed to pull myself to safety,” Ace said, “I immediately went back for my daughter and the rest of our family. When she jumped, she was lucky enough to land near me, and we climbed onto the roof together.” Through God’s grace and mercy, the entire Aguirre family survived. Ace’s wife and 9-year-old son also managed to stay alive after swimming across neck-deep waters toward a two-story house, braving the strong currents. The family became separated during the ordeal but were reunited after seven to eight agonizing hours. Ace said they also tried to rescue their neighbors. Sadly, while they were able to save two children and the husband, the wife did not make it. “We couldn’t open the roof in time,” Ace recounted in grief. Their story stands as a powerful testament to courage, faith, and survival — a family’s unwavering will to live and hold on to hope even in the face of nature’s unrelenting fury. #Cebu #Liloan #Survivor #TinoPH #typhoonTino
